Due to our unique mix n match programme, a day of A-life workshops is truly bespoke and can cater for whatever your needs are as a school, covering the essential topics of keeping healthy in one day. This informative workshop will explore the emotional processes involved in change and invite you to reflect on your own experience of change. 

It will also cover strategies for coping with change when it inevitably happens. Have you noticed that you think too much about the food you eat or that you worry about eating too much or too little. Finding ways of developing Positive Body Consciousness will be explored. Eight hour mindfulness programme to manage stress and develop resilience.

These interactive wellbeing workshops are available to be delivered virtually or onsite at your place of work, making them ideal for everyone – including those who are continuing to work remotely.

Bereavement is something that most will experience throughout their lifetime. Our bereavement workshop will help your employees understand the common responses to bereavement, and learn how to best support those who have been affected. 

Discover the science, tools, and techniques to hack healthy eating with mindful awareness. The workshops run at the Southwark Wellbeing Hub are a welcoming and safe space for all who are in need of wellbeing support. 

We understand that often unexpected circumstances may mean you have to cancel at the last minute. However we ask that you give, whenever possible, as much notice as possible with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice when you can’t attend a workshop.

Workplace Wellness Workshops

The workshop will give attendees the knowledge and insight into how to identify, understand and help people who may be experiencing or have experienced suicide in their lives. It’s no longer a perceived sign of weakness to admit that you need help. 

Employees will learn about the importance of a healthy mind, and how to ask for support—and support others—when life gets overwhelming. This is a great way to learn about how pressure affects you and others, and how to better manage that pressure. You’ll discover how to recognise stress in yourself and others, create a stress-free workplace, and use our EAP to smooth out those bumps in life.

The Wellbeing Project has a committed, non-judgmental approach that fosters open and constructive conversations around wellbeing. We bring together both in-person and digital wellbeing programmes to fully integrate well being into the DNA of your business.

There are seven video activities and a downloadable resource that can be printed out and taken home, or used in the classroom. The resources are suitable for year 7+ students, but anyone can use these resources to find a moment of creative calm. 

This seminar will arm your employees with the tools to understand how poor sleep is affecting them, so they can be in a better place to do something about it. In this seminar, our expert will explain the small changes that can be made to improve male health and wellbeing. This seminar will allow attendees to learn how their changing routine might affect health and wellbeing.

Our Wellbeing Workshops

In support of the recovery curriculum, Turner Contemporary in Margate has created a set of free Creative Mindfulness activities supported by UCA. The activities are designed to help students relax, recuperate, and refocus on school or college time, as well as to inspire creativity. 

Physical Health Workshops

The Counselling and Wellbeing Service is available to all students at ARU and offers a free and confidential service to promote mental health and wellbeing. Our health and wellbeing experts have been creating completely bespoke workshops and training sessions in a wide variety of industries for several years. In this blog, we’re going to highlight the importance of promoting wellbeing in the workplace, the benefits to your staff and the role of wellbeing workshops.

These tasks tie in with autobiographical and character-building writing. During this workshop, students will be introduced to mindfulness techniques, and will develop their tactile skills through working with clay. During the session, students will learn about the importance of taking care of their mental health and wellbeing.

Time Management

By the end of the workshop, students will have learnt a new mindfulness activity that they can practice in their own time. A selection of different coloured drawing materials will be provided for this workshop. During this workshop, students will learn how to make a gratitude journal and reflect on things they are grateful for. 

This workshop celebrates handcraft activities and encourages students to take time to create something to make them feel better, which can be a constant source of positivity. All materials for this workshop will be provided – coloured papers, drawing materials and binding materials. Students will be encouraged to get in touch creatively with their inner thoughts and feelings.

Run exclusively for Exeter University Students, TALKWORKS for Students are a selection of free wellbeing workshops, here to help you learn healthy habits to improve your physical and mental wellbeing. 

A free 2 hour workshop which will introduce participants to a range of techniques to help you, or someone you love, manage living with a long term health condition. The course will look at the links between body and mind, as well as focus on practical tools and techniques which you can put into practice in order to improve your wellbeing. Physical Health is the promotion of sufficient care of our bodies for optimal health and functioning. 

In our physical health workshops, we explore the importance of having a balance when it comes to physical activity, nutrition and mental wellbeing, to truly look after our overall physical health. From mindful drawing and listening to creative writing, our workshops have cross-curricular links to literacy, art, PSHE, design and technology and SMSC.


Crucially, they equip participants with the tools to help them to develop their own wellbeing strategies. From your first point of contact to the final delivery of your programme of employee wellbeing workshops and resources, we have put everything in place to ensure that you have the very best experience. 

Our mental health awareness workshop provides you and your people with the knowledge needed to tackle issues head-on. You’ll receive expert, sensitive guidance on identifying key mental health issues. The key to wellbeing workshops is reward, reward their engagement and activity to the initiative. Prioritising their mental wellbeing and rewarding them in the process should be fun, so creating friendly competition with other employees will add to the cause.

Enabling staff to discuss mental wellbeing in the workplace and providing access to support is fundamental to helping people flourish and grow. How often are we kind and caring towards others and yet do not give the same compassion to ourselves? 

Our inner critic wreaks havoc, making us feel dreadful by labelling us as ‘not good enough; lazy; failures; we must work harder’… the list will go on…. This workshop has been designed to help you learn about and practice self-compassion.

Identifies and teaches how to overcome key confidence blocks that can hold us back from ‘speaking up’ or being more visible and making our presence known. Explores how to break away from distraction and constant stimulation, and how to live and work with greater calm, ease and focus. Join us to understand how to break away from distraction, and be more focused and effective at work.
